Another Card!

June 15, 2011

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing well, today I bring to you a card that I created from using my scrap drawer and I mean every slice of paper I used was a scrap! Woo! So, for the card...heres an overview:

The card base itself is an A2 sized card which is 11 by 4 1/4 and scored at 5 1/2 to make the landscape card in a dark brown cardstock. The light blue cardstock on top is 4 x 5 and placed towards the left instead of centralized.

For the embellishments! The "stems" are scraps from the same sheet of patterned paper by DCWV from the spring shower stack from last year. The flowers themselves are from the same stack of paper and punched with a 1 1/2" scalloped circle punch.

Sorry about the blurry unfocused, picture everyone!
Anywho, the buttons were random ones lying around in my stash and the stamped piece on foam adhesive. The stamp "just for you!" is from studio g in the dollar section of Joanns. It was stamped with Chestnut Roan colorbox ink!

Thanks for looking everyone!
Have a happy time scrapping & crafting!
