Vintage Inspired Card

August 26, 2013

Good morning everyone! Today I have a card to share with you.
I was inspired to make a card using one of my new CuttleBug embossing folders (head over to my YouTube to see that haul video) and I thought this one on Kraft paper was just divine.

The patterned paper I used was from a swap and I have to say the other side of this paper was just as gorgeous...

However I did choose to use the more subtle pattern on its B side. The script paper is from a book I've been chopping up for a while now.

Then this lovely butterfly stamp is from the Stampin' Up! set called Strength & Hope. The ink I used was from a big collection of Whisper ink pads I've neglected for a while which qualifies me for the Oldie but A Goodie Challenge.

I plan on entering this card into the following challenges which I highly recommended everyone go check out!

Little Scrap Pieces - Anything Goes
Craft It Up & Link It Up - Anything Goes
Jellypark Challenges - Things that Fly
Pile It On! - Designer Paper

Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!
