Happy Earth Day!

April 22, 2014

Earth Day is an important day to remind you that you should be helping the Earth and not harming it! So here's a cute little list of things you can do in honor of Mother Earth!
1. Plant a tree (or an apple core!)
Even planting an apple core with a little fertilizer of course can aid in helping Mother Earth provide for us! Planting a tree with your kids can also be really fun. Now onto some more fun things!
2. Make Paper Flowers out of recylced paper!
Take newspaper, fold it around to create the shape and dip the ends if paint
These pretty little beauties are made from some newspaper! There are several ways and tutorials to make these pretty flowers on the net.
3. Create some recycled critters!
You can find these cute little toilet paper roll butterflies over here! For a little warning this a site in Spanish, but with clear picture instructions if you need them.
4. Try these sweet treats!
