Life Fitness Challenge

Happy Memorial Day everyone! Today I woke up and felt motivated to get my life to the way I want it to be. So to start off I am going to start with some workout goals.

Some of my goals include:

1. Start stretching everyday
2. Go for a run or walk at least every other day
3. Start yoga on the weekends
4. Work small daily workouts into my life
5. Drink a glass of water before every meal
6. Eat salad for lunch almost every day
7. Have everything in moderation

This is a really small post, but I hope maybe that it'll inspire someone somewhere!
