Sunday Look Back

September 14, 2014

This week has been honestly such a whirlwind. A full course load, two jobs, two quizzes, a boyfriend, a roommate, a circle of friends, volunteering, leadership certification, studying, clubs and more. Some people think that might be a little too busy, but there's nothing wrong with being busy right? As long as there's time for sleeping and eating and some leisure from time to time then it sounds like a good life to me.
Anyway the moral of this short little post is don't be afraid to say yes at first and say no later. Get the most out of your college experience. Ace your classes, join fun clubs, become a great friend. Do everything you've ever wanted to do. Now is the time to do it. Overload yourself the first semester, mistakes are forgivable. Come back later in a different semester when it works better for your schedule. Just don't waste too much time with something you don't value. Have some realistic priorities, like school before parties. Whatever you do, do it with passion and don't leave room for regrets. These next four years are what you make of them, so make them the best.
