We all have at least a little stress on our plates among many other things and today is a day of self reflection and hopefully bettering. Here are a few ways to reduce stress!
1. Take some deep breaths
It may sound cliche, but closing your eyes and taking a few deep breaths in between stressful tasks can really take a load off!
2. Take a break!
If you've been working hard on your project for hours and you deserve a break! Open a chocolate bar, paint your nails, pamper yourself!
If you're into being spiritual and wholesome you may want to try and turn to yoga and mediating for a little stress relief!
Let out some creative juices while melting stress away! You can really do anything from finger painting, to sculpting, to drawing, or maybe even play an instruments!
