Winter Break Bucketlist // Must Dos!

December 10, 2015

Winter break is so close that I can almost taste it! Since I am so pumped for it, I decided that I'm going to give you a fun, action-packed list of things that you need to do over break! I've also got a free printable for you, check it out at the bottom, but let's get into the fun things!

#1.) Sledding

Sledding is so much fun!! I know that everyone doesn't get snow, but if you have some, grab a sled or a make shift one and get sledding!

#2.) Hot Cocoa

Everyone loves hot chocolate (except for me), but grab yourself a festive cup and fill it up! For extra fun though try making a hot chocolate bar with all sorts of toppings and goodies like marshmallows, whipped cream, sprinkles, caramel, and anything else delicious! Then invite your friends for a fun little get together,

#3.) Baking Cookies

Who doesn't like a good cookie? Personally, sugar cookies are my favorite to make! Always ask for an adults help if you are using an oven. There are a lot of healthy cookie options out there too. Try checking out my two ingredient pumpkin cookies for something festive.

#4.) Snowball Fight

Again, I know everyone doesn't have snow, but everyone can have a snowball fight of some kind! I saw this really cute post on Pinterest about indoor snowballs which are made of yarn! So whip some up and gather some friends, don't forget to build a fort!

#5.) Gift Exchange

Try to do a secret Santa with a group of friends from home! Make all gifts $5 or less and see what everyone gets!

#6.) Gingerbread House

I absolutely love decorating gingerbread houses or cookies. You can get so creative and have a blast! Get a gingerbread village and then get together some friends to put it all together, or do it all yourself and create a time lapse like I did here!

#7.) Build a Snowman

Even if you don't have snow, you can still build a snowman! Grab some Styrofoam balls or a sock and stuff it, then dress up your snowman to your heart's content.

#8.) Watch a Holiday Movie

There are so many to choose from, so why not? I personally love Elf, but feel free to watch more than one!

#9.) Go See Christmas Lights

There's always those people around your town that go all out with holiday lights! Drive around town and rate whose house is the best!

#10.) Make Paper Snowflakes

Who doesn't love a nice paper snowflake? A quick and easy project to do with anyone and besides it's practically a tradition!

I hope you enjoyed this winter break bucket list post! Tell me in the comments what's on your winter break bucket list for this year? I'd love to make my list longer! Thanks for stopping by! :)
