Hi friends! I wanted to bring you along on a Shop with Me adventure to JoAnn since I haven't been in a while. The calling to go started with wanting to check out the latest Designer collections and see what else was on the market. The paper crafting aisles don't change too often, but I found some great surprises in the clearance section.

Product links are below and more details are in the video. If you want to get first access to videos, join us over on Patreon!

Hi friends! I am back for the second episode of Summer Season Scrapping 2023 with Sara Scraps! Be sure to play along with our scrapbook inspiration all summer long. Today's layout is inspired by our prompt 'front porch'. I thought the Cocoa Vanilla Studio Unforgettable collection perfectly matched my book in this photo!

Scrapbook layout featuring a photo of a book and bright colors of pink, teal, and peach.

I typically don't work with just one collection. So it comes as no surprise that I included some additional embellishments to help the theme of this layout. Get all of the crafty process details of this scrapbook layout in the process video below!

While this layout is bright and cheerful, it has a lot of layers of meaning. I have been reading this book for well over a year now. It is a memoir from a mother-daughter duo about a terminal diagnosis and those last months. It hits close to home.

I adored the butterflies in this collection. I thought since there is a grapefruit on the cover of my book's photo, butterflies were a perfect addition. By bending the wings up, it adds a lot of dimension to this scrapbook page.

Title reads 'These Tears Bloom' on scrapbook layout featuring bright colors.

The Unforgettable collection from Cocoa Vanilla Studio is absolutely beautiful. I might have to add it to more of my layouts this summer to use it up! I incorporated a few pieces from Social Paper Plan as featured in the above photo. These were part of a grief ephemera set they had a while back. It is always hard to scrapbook the difficult stuff, but well worth it.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today and I will see you with the next project! Keep playing along with our prompt list all summer long! While you wait for a new episode of Summer Season Scrapping, you can watch more of my scrapbook process videos here: See you all soon!

Hello friends! I hope you are excited about the new series kick-off with my dear friend, Sara Scraps today! We are bringing you video inspiration all summer long, see our prompt list at the end for more ideas. I had a ton of fun putting this page together for my 2016 Disney album.

The process video for this layout features tips on layering scraps, adding dimension, and mixing collections to make it work for you! I always enjoy being able to use up some of my paper scraps without fussing over sizes and rather just let them fall into place. Whenever I use this many patterns on one scrapbook page, I like to use ink on the edges to add more contrast.

Disney Scrapbook of Animal Kingdom's Tree of Life

This scrapbook layout focuses on blues and greens to let the natural color of the Tree of Life pop! I had a lot of fun using an older paper pad, DCWV's Sun Chaser collection. You can catch the whole process in the video below on my YouTube Channel!
